Privacy Policy

Effective date / 生效日期:2026-10-04

1. Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy covers the VISNODA information website and business enquiries sent to our contact email. The website operator identified below is the data controller. We use the GDPR as our common standard for privacy information and individual rights; applicable local laws may provide additional rights.

The website currently does not accept online orders, payments or customer registrations. Its public Contact page offers an email link and a WhatsApp link, not a contact form. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.

2. Information and purposes

  • Email enquiries: your email address, any name or business contact details you choose to provide, your message and attachments. We use them to answer product, sourcing or general business enquiries and manage the correspondence. You choose what to send; please avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information.
  • WhatsApp enquiries: if you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, WhatsApp profile name and the messages and files you send. We use them to answer your enquiry. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Website operation and security: connection and request information, such as IP address, requested pages, timestamps and browser information, may be processed by our hosting and security services to deliver pages, maintain availability and investigate misuse.
  • Consent choices: Complianz cookies record consent categories, policy version and banner choices so the website can apply your preferences.
  • Optional statistics: when you consent, Google Analytics uses browser identifiers and visit/session information, and Jetpack Stats (Automattic) receives page-visit information such as the page viewed, the referring page and browser information, to measure website use. You can refuse statistics and still browse the website.

Do you have to provide data? You are not required by law or by contract to provide personal data. If you do not send contact details, we cannot reply to your enquiry. Statistics are optional, and the website works without them.

3. Legal bases

Optional analytics relies on your consent. Necessary page delivery, security, consent administration and ordinary business correspondence rely on our legitimate interests in operating a usable, secure website and answering enquiries, subject to your rights and the required necessity and balancing assessment. Where an enquiry concerns steps you request towards a contract, the relevant pre-contract basis may apply. Legal obligations apply where retention or disclosure is required by law.

4. Recipients and international processing

Relevant recipients include our hosting provider Hostinger, our email provider Microsoft/Outlook, WhatsApp/Meta for enquiries you choose to send on WhatsApp, Google for statistics you permit, and Automattic (Jetpack Stats) for statistics you permit. Complianz provides consent management. Service providers receive only data relevant to their role; authorities or advisers may receive information where required for a legal obligation or claim.

The controller is based in China, and the European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision for China. When you email or message us, you are sending your information to a company in China, and we use it only for the purposes described in this policy. Data may also be handled in countries where our service providers operate. Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation state that they participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. Automattic states that it uses standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Hostinger and WhatsApp/Meta describe their own transfer safeguards in their privacy policies. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your data. This policy does not assert that every provider processes data only within the EU.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence while needed to resolve and follow up the enquiry, and longer only when necessary for a legal obligation or claim. Operational and security information is retained while needed for delivery, security and incident review. We review continued necessity and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Cookie retention is described in the Cookie Policy. A cookie expiry is not the same as the retention of records held by an email, hosting or analytics provider; you may ask us for the retention information relevant to a particular request.

6. Your rights and consent

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Use Manage consent for website statistics choices, or email us for other privacy requests.

Right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, by emailing visnoda@outlook.com. We will then stop that processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or we need the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We may request proportionate information to verify a data-rights request. Under GDPR we respond within one month; where a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it within that period. You may complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority, including in the EU country of your habitual residence, work or the alleged infringement.

This information website does not offer automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on visitors.

7. United States users

Depending on your state and the law applicable to the business, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, request deletion or correction, opt out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and appeal a refusal. You may submit a request to our email address; we will assess it under the applicable law without unlawful discrimination. Website analytics can also be refused through Manage consent. This statement does not assume that every US state law applies to every business or visitor.

8. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when the website’s actual processing changes. The effective date appears at the top. Questions and privacy requests should be sent to visnoda@outlook.com. Operator details are also available in the Legal Notice / Imprint.
